"Everything was great; the staff, the place and the location was superb. My only thing and I don’t know if it can be fixed is that the bathroom sometimes will have a tiny musky smell. I hate musky smells and maybe that’s why I am super sensitive to it. But, the entire place was very clean and my towels were changed daily. I will definitely go back and stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Very centrally located, could walk to so much. The staff was awesome and so helpful and friendly, and loved our dinner recommendations. The walking tour they offer was also very interesting and learned a lot on that as well. The staff was also very helpful with organizing rides, and tourist tips, as well as plans for enjoying the local festivals and World Cup events. Would definitely recommend this property and their wonderful staff."

"We booked a suite that was spacious and comfortable. Before our stay, we were provided information about booking our transfers, which made it easy to reach the property. We were also able to access our suite when we arrived at 9am, instead of waiting for the normal 3pm check-in time. "A true gem in arguably the best location in Lisbon. It was incredibly central to everything we wanted to see, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. The room was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great selection and was the perfect way to start each day. "First time in Lisbon and could not have asked for a better hotel! It feels more like staying in a stylish boutique Lisbon loft than a traditional hotel. I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to). Appreciated having more than one bathroom and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival...
