"Gorgeous building and really great food with excellent breakfast choices"

"We stayed in a garden room at the hotel, and this was fine for a long weekend's stay and I'd happily use it again. The room was clean and tidy with good furnishings. "As fabulous as ever! Courteous staff, excellent room amenities and a well-stocked club room! Great proximity to departure hall, literally a 4 minute walk. This has been my choice for many years, whenever flying from Heathrow, irrespective of which terminal I fly from! "

"Excellent facility for proximity to LHR."

"Clean and close to the airport. Late night arrival went smoothly and the staff were very polite."

"During late night of 2 days. The fire aram"

"The room, no wider than 6 feet, no longer than 9 feet, the bathroom, a wc and washbasin that, at 5,5 and 10 stone, I needed to open the door to use. Absolute disgrace, looks nice until you stay there, the desk, all 18 inches of it covered by a fan. I checked out after 1 night. Never again"
