"Perfect oasis in the heart if KL. Cannot ask for more! Ps: I was on a high floor so the "noise" was bearable. Don't go to the kebab joint beside the hotel. Ultimate tourist trap. Tad inconvenient if you need to travel by car because of the traffic."

"Have a great experience during the check in process, whereby staff Kelly provide a very friendly services and went an extra mile to provide me with detail food recommendations and advice on transport. Room is also clean and aircon is strong. The only area for improvement will be the weak water pressure of the showering head. But overall, its a great experience and i will definitely book this hotel again for my next KL visit. "
