"Basic accommodations but clean. The staff takes good care of the visitors and made our stay comfortable. Secluded location but great for hiking and disconnecting from the busyness of day to day life. "

"Birding is spectacular. The grounds and trails are amazing. So many plants and animals. Beautiful views. Rooms are basic but clean. Food at the restaurant for dinner is average but service was consistently great. Breakfast was better. Overall service was excellent."

"We loved that the hotel was convenient to everything downtown. It was so easy to get around. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff, especially, Carlos, were wonderful! The food and drinks were great, too!"

"Room was beautiful, view was beautiful, gardens were beautiful.
Love this hotel. The springs were lovely. This location is perfect, whether you want to use the hotel's springs or visit one of the other big complexes like Baldi or Paradise, which are a couple of mins walk away!
The staff were lovely, shout-out to Julio, who was a star - kind and helpful. <3
As a lone traveller, it was great, but it would be a lovely stay for families too.
Hope to return someday. :)"

"The free breakfast that they have is excellent food! The front desk. Very nice. Very helpful., the rooms and the hotel everything very clean thank thank you Casa Luna for taking care of us.! 🥰❤️ we will come back"
