"I have traveled though the HAM airport for over 30 years, frequently staying at the Radisson Blu, Hamburg Airport hotel. Over the years, I have enjoyed the crisp, clear, effective German, front desk staff, solidifying my stay in Germany. This time was very different. The German front desk staff had been replace by a middle eastern man and woman couple, that were clueless! First, they seemed to have some "interpersonal game" going on, that I had to ask them to stop. Second, she could not find...

"Perfekt gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe des Michels. Die Landungsbrücken und das Heiligengeistfeld sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Eine kühle Erfrischung an der Hotelbar rundete den Aufenthalt ab. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!"

"Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Ausblick haben möchte, sollte man es vor der Reservierung angeben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war großartig! Die Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Hotel waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Empfehlung bei geschlossenem Restaurant: Vietnamese ums Eck - ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß."

"Breakfast was great. Ate in the restaurant which was excellent. On the negative side the wifi was very slow and a bit flaky. In addition we were required to join their club and provide email and phone before we could use it"
