Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut okay. Zimmer sauber.Leider waren die Parkplätze alle besetzt.Ich denke es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, das Parkplätze in begrenzter Anzahl vorhanden sind. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zu wenig Personal. Abends nur eine Person die für Bar und Rezeption gleichzeizig zuständig. 20 Minuten am Tresen gestanden um eine Cola zu bekommen. Frühstücksraum zu klein und absolut chaotisch. Keine Butter, keine Eierlöffel. Nichts was ich nochmal haben möchte

Ich habe für ein Konzert in der Barclays Arena eine Nacht übernachtet. Gute Anbindung an Öpnv und kurzer Fußweg zur Veranstaltung war mir wichtig. Hotel sehr sauber, ruhig und Personal freundlich. Zum Frühstück sehr voll unten und die Auswahl war jetzt nicht riesig aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Einziges Manko: Verbindungstür- man hört jedes Wort der Nachbarn. Alles in allem- ich würde wieder kommen.

Schlechte Organisation an der Rezeption bei der Anreise. Lange Schlange, lange Wartezeit. Organisation beim Frühstück war auch sehr schlecht. Zu wenig Plätze, Gedränge vor den Kaffeeautomaten Punkt hier wäre sicherlich eine Thermoskanne Kaffee hilfreicher gewesen. Schlange vor dem Riesen Kühlschrank. Das Sortiment war auch sehr einfach.

Das Personal war toll, das Einchecken verlief problemlos. Ich hatte zwar ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht, bekam aber ein Doppelbett, ansonsten sind die Zimmer top.

Das Hotel ist neu eröffnet und macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten und modernen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. Während meines Aufenthalts kam jedoch keine Reinigungskraft ins Zimmer. Das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, allerdings wären frische Handtücher zwischendurch wünschenswert gewesen. Etwas unpraktisch ist die begrenzte Ablagefläche sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad – hier wäre etwas mehr Stauraum hilfreich. Der Abzug im Bad läuft permanent und kann nur über den Hauptschalter ausgeschaltet werden. Das ist nicht nur aus Energiespargründen fragwürdig, sondern auch nachts störend. Das Frühstück ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings wirkte der Ablauf stellenweise chaotisch und unorganisiert. In Stoßzeiten wird es eng, sodass nicht jeder sofort einen Sitzplatz findet. Auch das Buffet ließe sich besser strukturieren, um lange Warteschlangen zu vermeiden. Die Bar schließt bereits um 23 Uhr. Da das Hotel gezielt in der Nähe des Volksparks liegt, wäre es wünschenswert, die Öffnungszeiten zumindest an Veranstaltungstagen zu verlängern. Wer nach einem Konzert oder Spiel noch etwas trinken möchte, hat so leider keine Möglichkeit mehr. Insgesamt ein sauberes und modernes Hotel mit Potenzial, das in organisatorischen Details und Serviceangeboten noch nachbessern könnte.
