If you are attending anything at the Barclay Arena this hotel is essentially a five minute walk through a beautiful park to get to the venue. The hotel was newly built in October 2025 and is of concrete block construction; very minimalist look on the interior. I found the automated check-in system frustrating after a long 35 hour flight. Especially in that my booking number did not correspond with the one I had been given by a third-party company and it also did not recognize my name. Luckily a staff member was still working in the bar and was able to give me a code to print my own key card and get my room number. But be advised that you do have to do all of that yourself through a computer stand. The room I had was perfectly sufficient aside from lacking any coffee maker or tea kettle station. It also did not include a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and clean. Storage for clothing was an open concept closet with one deep drawer. Nicest addition to the room was heated flooring in the bathroom. All in all a reasonably priced, convenient safe and clean place to stay if attending any event at Barclay Arena.

One word: BASIC. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, but overall it’s very functional and no-frills. Two things worth noting: 1. The location isn’t central, and there are limited good restaurant options nearby. 2. The pillows are genuinely uncomfortable - oversized, overstuffed, and offering very little support. I mentioned this to staff on departure after struggling to sleep both nights.

Habe das Hotel gebucht, weil es nah an der Barclays Arena ist. War ein Fehler, uns wurden vom Personal Fehlinformationen gegeben. Im Vorfeld es wäre kein Problem beim Hotel zu parken. Als wir da waren, auf einmal schon! Keine Parkplätze frei. Und auf einmal "wenn Veranstaltungen sind sind die Parkplätze schnell weg" diese Information hätten wir vorher gebraucht. Mir wurde dann vom Personal erzählt das bei der Barclay Arena problemlos gepackt werden kann und es wäre günstiger als im Hotel. Dies ist auch eine Fehlinformation! Über nacht Parken ist auf dem Gelände nicht erlaubt. Warum erzählt das Personal so einen Blödsinn? Also sind wir nach dem Konzert zum Hotel Keine Parkplätze und weit und breit keine Möglichkeit. Wir haben das Zimmer nicht genutzt und sind in ein anderes Hotel gefahren mit park Möglichkeit. Schade um das Geld was man umsonst gezahlt hat. Für uns ganz klar das Hotel sieht uns nie wieder. Einfach Unprofessionell Und wären wir ohne Auto nach Hamburg gefahren, ganz sicher ein anderes Hotel gebucht hätten.

Für unseren Zweck - Konzertbesuch - perfekt. Die Barclays Arena ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Check Inn ging problemlos und schnell. Schade war, dass es nach 23.00 Uhr Getränke nur noch am Automaten gab. Immerhin, aber leider dann schnell leer. Parkplätze an der Straße leider wenige, ansonsten gegen Bezahlung.

Hervorragende Lage für Veranstaltungen in der Barclay Arena. Allerdings muss man früh genug da sein, da der Hotelparkplatz sehr begrenzt ist und bei Veranstaltungen auch die Parkplätze am Straßenrand schnell voll sind. In dem Fall steht man vor dem Problem, wohin mit dem Fahrzeug. Ansonsten war das Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend und sauber. Lediglich der Geruch nach Holzlasur empfand ich als unangenehm. Meinen Mann hat es nicht gestört.

Waren schon um 14 Uhr da weil wir wussten das wenige Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Haben einen ergattert und konnten gegen 15 Euro Gebühr schon vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Wir waren zum Konzert von Sarah Connor in Hamburg. Das Hotel haben wir ausgesucht weil die Konzerthalle von dort aus fußläufig erreichbar ist. Meine Ehefrau und ich waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und können bzw werden Sie gerne und ohne ein schlechtes Gewissen auch weiter empfehlen. Das Z immer war ausreichend groß und gepflegt. Das Badezimmer hatte erstaunlicherweise eine sehr große Dusche mit einer Ganzglastür. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und bot für jeden Geschmack reichlich Auswahl. Was mir sofort aufgefallen ist, das Buffet wurde sehr schnell wieder aufgefüllt. Die Tische, meist nach dem der Gast den Platz verlassen hat, sofort gereinigt. Dafür "Daumen hoch"!!!! 👍👍👍 Wir kommen gerne wieder 🤗🤗 !!
