Das Fenster war super dreckig. Das Zimmer optisch überhaupt nicht so, wie ursprünglich gebucht. Da das Zimmer zu Straße war, war es dementsprechend laut! Zwischendurch ging der Fernseher nicht. Dies wurde der Rezeption mitgeteilt und es hieß, ein Techniker würde es sich anschauen kommen. Doch man musste erneut nachfragen am Abend, sodass jemand kam und das Problem löste. Eine Entschuldigung blieb aus. Was ein großes Problem ist, das es keine Reinigung des Zimmers während des Aufenthalts gab. Daher ist das „Nicht stören-Schild“ auch völlig für die Katz. Eine tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers bzw. Aufmachung der Bettwäsche gehört zu einem Hotelservice dazu! Das ist der Unterschied zu einer Ferienwohnung… Aber insgesamt war es ganz in Ordnung. Bleibt ein Low Budget Hotel. Wenn es rein zum schlafen gedacht ist, ist es solide. Personal war sehr höflich! Lobby schaut schön aus.

Die Lage ist top, das Personal freundlich und das ist auch völlig in Ordnung. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer sollte gegen einen glatten Boden ausgetauscht werden. Die Flecken sind doch sehr unschön. Der Reiningungsservice ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Frühstück war okay. Das dritte Bett im Zimmer war ein Klappsessel der defekt und nicht bezogen war. Ferner fehlten die Handtücher und Badutensilien für die dritte gebuchte Person. Nach Beanstandung wurde das alles zügig behoben. Dennoch ließ die Sauberkeit ( Staub usw.) zu wünschen übrig.

Fernseh hatte einen Riss, wurde nicht repariert, Fenster konnte man im EG nicht öffnen, für den Preis von Frühstück erwartet man mehr. Um 6:30 Uhr sollte es Frühstück geben, naja leider war es noch nicht aufgebaut. Auswahl wie in einem Hostel. Wir würden das Hotel für den Preis nicht noch einmal buchen.
