Overall a great stay.
There was a great selection at the bar, but the staff was not very friendly.
Nice clean room, friendly staff at check-in, the seating personnel at the breakfast was not very friendly, but the staff at the breakfast was, nice selection at the breakfast, but missing fresh orange juice.

The man at the reception desk (forgive me for not knowing his name) was very exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The spa and pool was quiet. The location would be difficult to beat. All in all I would rate this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed in an executive room, which I highly recommend as an executive lounge is available throughout the day to grab a coffee, cold drinks or nibbles.

The Marriott is perfectly located and for me it was just good. The hotel is not the newest one but is clean and welcoming.

We stayed for just a couple of nights to visit our son who lives locally. We had an excellent stay and were especially impressed by the staff in the Piano Bar, Kim and Nick in particular. They were friendly and effecient and made us feel rotally welcome. A definte asset to the hotel.

Great location. We were able to check-in early which was very helpful.
The room was very spacious and it was nice that a city centre hotel had a swimming pool and sauna.

The hotel was in a great location. Very walkable from the city centre and several landmarks. Easy walk from the hamburg h g as well. Only issue we had was the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room

Had to stay here after our flight was cancelled. Excellent hotel, outstanding breakfast choices and pool was a hit for the children

The Marriott is centrally located, within easy walking distance to the City Hall, the Hamburg Congress Centre where my conference was. It was a nice stroll to the Hauptbahnhof too. The room is lovely and the bed so comfortable. The hotel lobby is elegantly furnished. The buffet breakfast has a good spread. We were there for one week and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. All the hotel staff were lovely and very helpful.
