Fantastically comfortable

Fantastically comfortable bed and everything needed in the bedroom was there (but the towels could have been bigger!) Really liked the lobby “Star Bar” which meant we could grab a drink at anytime.

Good hotel in a great location

The hotel is really good with an amazing location. The rooms were nice but no amenities (like no water, or water boiler, glass, etc). I would atleast expect a small bottle of water with a glass. But the room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also nice with a very good shower. I loved the room and. I will definitely recommend it to business or leisure travel.

Great location; very small but pretty comfortable room; walking distance to everything; wish more signs and directions were in English, especially for the and in the parking garage. Address to navigate to the parking location is different from the hotel’s address, how to find their parking was not mentioned anywhere and remained a mystery until we called their front desk.

Air con didn’t work I complained twice during stay and after stay too. The room was so hot I had to open window and the road outside was so noisy sirens etc I had little sleep. Customer service non existent

Das Frühstück war etwas langweilig über mehrere Tage und es gab kein Rührei oder Spiegelei also nichts warmes. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren zu den Stoßzeiten sehr beengt zudem sind die Loungemöbel nicht sehr optimal zum Essen.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider eine Enttäuschung, da wesentliche Erwartungen nicht erfüllt wurden. Bereits beim Check-in gab es Probleme: Ich habe nicht das Zimmer erhalten, das ich ursprünglich gebucht hatte. Dass man nicht das bekommt, wofür man bezahlt hat, ist ein absolutes No-Go. Der Schlafkomfort ließ ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Matratzen waren extrem weich und „wabbelig“, was einen erholsamen Schlaf nahezu unmöglich machte. Hier sollte dringend in eine bessere Ausstattung investiert werden. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die räumliche Aufteilung im Haus. Wir hatten zwar kein Frühstück gebucht, waren im Nachhinein aber froh darüber. Es gibt keinen separaten Frühstücksraum; das Essen findet stattdessen im Durchgangsbereich der Bar bzw. direkt im Eingangsbereich statt. Die dortigen Tische sind zudem viel zu niedrig, um bequem daran zu sitzen. Die Atmosphäre wirkt dadurch eher wie in einer ungemütlichen Bahnhofshalle als in einem Hotel.
