"Not a bad room for the price, clean enough, just a few negative points- no tea/coffee in room which I was surprised about, the ensuit floor had puddles of water when using the shower. My main issue was waiting around for the lifts for 5+ minutes only for it to be full and can’t get in and then wait for it to go then press call button again and wait another couple of minutes to squeeze into the next one."

"I love the convenience of the location and its spot on the banks of the Thames. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The staff working at the various restaurants and bars were some of the nicest and most fun people I met! The only issue was the contactless check-in I tried through the guest portal. It didn't seem to work properly and I had to check-in at the front desk in the end which was inconvenient. The other issue was room service. While the service itself was great, I got overcharged by over £20 when I settled up at checkout, which I couldn't deal with as I had to rush out to catch a flight. So the start and end of my stay was disappointing but the stay itself was great."
