"This property was so old. Our room was extremely old. Dead spider and stains on the ceiling. Old cubboards they smelt awful and not used. It really needs to be taken down or totally gutted and redone. I was extremely disappointed with Expedia. This rating was not correct by any means. "

The property is right on the promenade making it so convenient to everything The rooms have not been updated and in bad need of it They are in process of a complete renovation we look forward to returning when that is completed The staff is very kind and took care of any requests"

"This was our favorite accommodation on our week of staying in various hotels. It’s not so much a motel… really a condo complex. We loved that the becroom with the two queen beds in it had its own bathroom…with the sink on the outside for more accessibility. There was a living room, kitchen, and anothet full bathroom as well. We had a room with a partial view of the ocean, so could still see the waves rolling in off to one side of our balcony. It was not the RITZ, but it was PERFECT for the four...

"Pros: Clean Room, Beach View Cons: Very outdated room, mismatched and uncomfortable couch & chair. Room sleeps 6 but couch and chair hold 4? Broken seal on slider, no screen on slider. Coffee maker didn't look very clean so didn't use. Towels were threadbare and very small. Hot tub is very dirty - a little scrubbing around the top water line is definitely indicated. No on/off switch for the fireplace? No ice machine - one ice tray in freezer. We were hoping for a nice and comfortable stay...

"Even though we did not have an oceanfront room the property was the best proximity to the beach and sunset views. The fire pit area, and the lawn chairs facing oceanfront were great! The room was clean, the jacuzzi tub and amenities such as robes were a great plus! Will definitely stay again for longer!"
