Unit’s kitchen wasn’t clean

The kitchen was not clean on the floor, counter, or refrigerator. Also we never received entry instructions until we communicated to them last minute. Interesting my card was fully charged back in August. Won’t be staying there again

The property was decent, had a nice sized kitchen, dining and seating area for family of 5. They provided some beach toys and Xbox. My issue is that when I reserved the place through Expedia, I was able to select a unit that had enough beds for everyone in my family. I had the confirmation email doe that specific unit. However, 2 days prior to my trip, I learned that unit was already occupied. So we ended up in a unit that did not have enough beds for everyone. I feel that, if there is the option to select a particular unit during reservation, then that is the unit that should be provided, because I chose it for a reason. Other than that issue, communication was good and location of the place was great - right off the beach.

The place was so close to the beach - path right out the property’s front doors. It also had assigned, covered parking with an ELEVATOR to the parking!! That made loading and unloading wash and efficient. If you have a super tall or oversized vehicle, it might be a bit tight/not fit (we drive a big transit van), but so convenient when parking is short during holiday weekends. Place was clean, had super efficient and fast washer/dryer, dishes, towels, very nice. Our family was so comfortable here.

Relaxing, great stay

Very comfortable & clean. Beach access across the street. Big kitchen and bathrooms nice. Bedroom windows look out on hallway. Keeps the bedrooms dark & nice for sleeping in, but if a view from your bedroom is important, you're out of luck. Comfy beds though. Front room blinds would be nicer if they opened from the top so there's a little provacy from the street traffic (mostly just people walking).

This property was beautifully furnished and the ocean was visible from the balcony and could be viewed through the living room windows. You could hear the waves lapping onto the beach and the birds calling as they searched for food. Everything needed was provided. The kitchen provided expected amount of dinnerware, cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as dish soap and dishwasher detergent. The restrooms had all of the needed soap, shampoo, wash towels and rags. The bedrooms had plenty of linen and extra linen in the closets. The washer and dryer had the necessary detergent and fabric softeners. There were XBOX games systems and game DVDs as well as movie DVDs and lots of streaming options. What more can you ask for?

Property was amazing. Close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we could need. Photos showed bunk beds, which were not (no longer?) at this location. But still very comfortable, clean beds. Close to most things in Rockaway that we wanted to do. Great experience

Nice visit

This was a nice stay! The house was very very clean, and comfortable which we enjoyed! The only thing I would change could be the lock for the front door... we couldn’t figure out how to lock it, so that was a huge inconvenience... Also not having screens on the windows was not only a huge scare... and we had so many bugs come in. There also is a bird nest right next to the bedrooms... so around 5am the bird loudly hoots over and over again for hours.

Wonderful location for short stay!

Great spot and great comfort. My kids raved about how well they slept on the bunkbeds. Unit was clean and beach is literally only a few steps away. We had a problem with master toilet water not working but that was resolved with an hour and the rest of our day was delightful. We would definitely recommend and stay there in the future!

Close to beach

Great place to hang out, walk on the beach and play board games. Its a good thing we brought our own board games, none in the condo, because the television in the living room wasn't working. They came in to check it out but couldn't fix it.

Oregon Coast getaway

This was a great spot! Right across a small street to the beach. Comfortable stay, plenty of space to spread out. Fun quirky shops and restaurants close by and up and down the coast. Definitely check out Cannon Beach, Tillamook, and take the time to explore nooks and crannys in between.

Wonderful place!

What a great place! Location is central to everything Rockaway has to offer. The room was large enough to have enough space for the whole family to be together but also have some space when needed. The only thing that would have made it better, is some more basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, etc.). But that was a minor inconvenience and we left ours for the next guests.
