The front desk clerk was incredibly charming and friendly. He was such a joy, and a wonderful welcome to the city. I really can’t say enough about the front desk and the lobby was immaculate. The hot tub and pool were wonderful. Clean everything. Great stay.

Staff was very nice and was the highlight of our stay. Room was pretty clean, but felt very basic. Pillows were skinny, did not feel luxurious and were hard to sleep with. Pool area was not enticing. I think some people would like the breakfast, they had many things on offer but much of it was high sugar and processed foods. Not many wholesome options.

The property and room were good. The front desk staff was awesome. The only complaint I have is that the photos on Expedia lead you to believe the hotel is right near a marina, but it is not. When we pulled up, I wasn't sure if we were in the right place.
