"The beach was right there. The bay was much quieter than the ocean waves. We walked to the bay entrance to the ocean, was spectacular at high tide. No balcony on our room. Although the furnishings were dated, everything was very clean. Bed was very comfy but we brought our own pillows. "

"Always a nice stay… the only thing that didn’t like was the pour over coffee in stead of quicker solution for that. Also would have been nice to have a handle bar in the shower/tub. Also would have like the curtain in the actual room to go different ways since the balconies are close together. Right now the curtain opens to the left which reveals the next door balcony.. would of been nice to be able to leave the left side covered and move the right side open to enjoy more of the beautiful view w/o looking at the neighbor balcony."

"The perfect jumping off point for our northern coast adventure. Great restaurants are within walking distance and you have to visit the rock shop and crack a geode! Plan to take the antique train for shopping and be sure to visit all the fun cheese factories too. Everything was great at the hotel, and we will be back."
