"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience at RIU Palace Swahili Zanzibar! My husband and I had a wonderful stay at RIU Palace Swahili Zanzibar for our honeymoon. Everything was absolutely beautiful, from the stunning property and breathtaking ocean views to the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel special and well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable and beautiful, and...

"Absolutely first class holiday and resort. Food was exceptionally good, both in the a La Carte restaurants and the buffet, grounds were immaculate, staff were friendly and warm. The pool areas and raised beach were fabulous. If you had a question or needed help with something, dial 9 and reception staff sorted it without ever needing to leave your room. Without doubt one of our best holidays ever and we will be going back next year without a doubt. The only note of caution would relate to...

"amazing resort, amazing staff (the nicest i’ve ever encountered) great amenities. i loved my stay here, would definitely come back to another riu in zanzibar in the future!"

"The hotel is very big yet beautiful. The rooms are spacious and we were pleased to find a hairdryer in the bathroom. Evening entertainment was great but also easily avoided if required. We also enjoyed the selection of pools and meals on offer! Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Overall the experience was positive. We arrived at midnight and staff was still readily available to assist. They even left a late night snack in our room upon arrival. If you are seeking a more laid back resort, it certainly fits the bill. I hoped for more activities available on site. The resort went into quiet mode after 10pm. Also I noticed they had a notification board for information but having daily itineraries either available in print in the room or on the tv would have been helpful....

"The property was very nice and the room was clean. The staff was courteous and the owner was very helpful. The room had no air conditioning and the power went off for about 4 hours in the middle of the night. It was very hot and difficult to sleep. Also the water pressure was barely a trickle making showering almost impossible. "

"This hotel completely ruined my expectations because I paid a very high price of $450 per night, and it was absolutely not worth the money. The food is terrible, the room is old, and even though it’s an all-inclusive hotel, the minibar in the room was completely empty. The hotel is also very boring, and the entertainment is awful — they keep doing the same things over and over again. The only good things about the hotel are its location and the pool. Other than that, everything is...

"Mooie nette accommodatie, nieuw en goed onderhouden."

"Very beautiful property. Everyone was overly nice. They helped me everyday and I appreciate it."

"While the Melia is a large property, below are pros and cons. Pros: Great pools. The golf cart service to get around is great and needed. If you are a "Level" guest you have personal concierge service to help you book activities and get room service. The villas with own pool are a wonderful family get-away to relax in. Cons: You may have items stolen from your room (we had multiple items of lower value stolen, which I suspect the young staff wanted to try - but the value isn't the point,...

"We stayed at The Zanzibari for four nights after a hectic trip to Dar Es Salaam and really enjoyed it. The location is beautiful and private, and we really did get a sense of peace and relaxation. The staff were really good. Very helpful, respectful and accommodating. Both the welcome and goodbye were pleasant and smooth. Transfers were organised swiftly. We felt well taken care of throughout. Thank you for that. My only comment would be that we found some of the staff to be a little intrusive...

"We had an amazing time at Kendwa Rocks, from our arrival until our departure. Staff is courteous and helpful. Hotel facilities are very nice and well-maintained. Rooms were clean and the AC worked perfectly. The restaurant and the bar were quite nice. And the beach area was just magnificent. Beautiful beach! Would definitely go back!"

"Una buena opción para estar en Zanzíbar si vas a aprovechar la playa"

"Camera nuova e molto pulita. Ampi spazi interni e bagno molto bello. Personale gentile ed efficente, buono il ristorante e bella anche la spiaggia, con un ampio spazio di sdraio sia a bordo piscina che oltre. Assolutamente consigliato"
