"This was a last minute choice and what a good choice, everything was exactly as it should be, would definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area"

"Excellent location, Car parking available at £5 per night. All staff were very helpful and a well stocked bar."

"Unhelpful and rude reception staff. Unwilling to help with anything. Breakfast was a mess. Not enough staff anywhere and 30 min wait for drinks at bar. Not recommended"

"We had a very comfortable overnight stay at the hotel. Everything about the hotel was of a high standard. Would certainly stay again and recommend to others."

"Great room and facilities. Restaurant was ok."

"Wonderful weekend with the kids and the character breakfast went down a storm. Not for a relaxing weekend but great for the kids and the theme park"

"Staff were really helpful to me - wifi was not that strong in my room so they moved me rooms with no fuss - around the hotel staff were really friendly. Gym and pool good was happy for a solo business trip and room was clean!"

"Lovely clean hotel. Easily located off the motorway. Room clean with walk in shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee in room. Great price too. Also has gym and pool."

"I was pleasantly surprised by several things at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. The dining was great. Breakfast included the hotel's own honey which I loved as well as organic herbal tea and fresh squeezed orange juice - small thngs that make a difference to me. The room is a bot dated, however was comfortable and quiet with a decent shower. The gym was surprisingly well equipped and the spa far more extensive than I had expected and very good value for money"
