"To start with off, after arriving at the Cancun airport, outside looked for the Lomas travel reps they where very easy to find. The where very pleasant, took us right over to the shuttle point and in no time we where on our way to the resort. Upon arrival at the resort we where greeted by friendly staff and shown to the check in desk in the amazing lobby.
