"We've just returned from a 3 night stay. Hotel is in an excellent location, literally everything is close by! We also discovered a few 'alleyways' across the city which were shortcuts. On check in Reception staff were professional, helpful, friendly & smiley. We used Reception several times, different staff & they were fabulous & all had a sense of humour. "My toilet seat was dirty with dried pee and my bathroom stank of pee. There was a candle in my room that matched the candle that the woman at the front desk brought me when I told her about the smell, so I suspect this was a known issue that has gone unresolved. The sink in the room is pretty much unusable because the faucet sticks so far out the water almost doesn't go into the sink. Location of the hotel is prime though. "

"Loved the concept of the capsules. Disappointed that the tv in the capsule did not work.. found it quite warm at night even though there was some ventilation. The usb socket did not work in the capsule. Used tne power socket to recharge my phone. The usb sockets in the reception area on the seats did not work either. "Location was great, right in the middle of old town. Room was clean! The only thing is that shower was not well maintained but besides that everything was great! Ps. Bring your own hair dryer if you need one because the one in the bathroom turns off every minute to “save energy” and you have to wait a couple of minutes to use it again so it’s annoying."

"The hotel is quite hard to find on Google Maps. It's not as it showed on the Google map. So, we have to park and walk to find the hotel. The heater was not working as the hotel is quite old. The worker did not stay the whole night. The guy brought us the portable heater, but the plug does not work at night. It turned off when we turned off the light. "
