The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking.

The apartment itself was excellent: very clean, spacious, and well laid out. The kitchen was well equipped for basic meals, with essentials like washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, tea towel, plus tea, coffee, salt, and pepper provided. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the accommodation. We arrived mid-afternoon to find reception unattended and never found staff there despite returning several times before it closed at 8pm. There were people in the staff area, but we were not greeted or acknowledged, which made us feel unwelcome. We also chose the property partly because Expedia lists communal laundry facilities, which we needed after a week of travel with a baby. We later discovered there is no self-service laundry, only a paid service, which was disappointing. Although the property is family-friendly, no information was provided about cots or high chairs on arrival (because there was no one there and when staff were present we were ignored). When we eventually found someone to ask, the first high chair we received was dirty and missing straps, though the manager later replaced it with a clean one. Overall, the accommodation itself was excellent and spotless, but the lack of staff presence, communication, and lack of any form of welcome (or effort to be made to feel welcome) let things down, significantly.

I loved this location because it wasn’t in the busy area like lake Bled or lake Bohinj. Nice, quiet area for hiking and lots of cycling paths. There is no air conditioning but we asked for a fan and that really helped. It was really hot when we were there. The shower had water pressure issues and kept changing temperature as I was showering. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The decor is definitely retro but I felt it worked for this place. There is a small grocery store within walking distance. The local bus stop is by the small grocery store. We walked to lake Bohinj which took about 45 minutes. We had no car and I didn’t realize how far we were from everything so keep that in mind unless you rent a car and then you will be fine. Lake Bled we called a taxi to take us there early in the morning and it was 60 euros one way. We took the bus from lake Bled back to our place and it was about 4 euros. We asked often where to find the bus stop. Overall, it was a cute little place.

Great experience and staff!

This was the cutest place we stayed at! Really unique and immaculate condition. Was in the cutest neighborhood too. All the local restaurants had delicious food and wine, within walking distance. The employee we corresponded with took care of all our needs - laundry service after a six day hike through Triglav, Soca Valley, Alpe Adria trail, etc. She also gave us a ride back to Bohinj lake where we swam and took picutes, then caught a bus back to Bled where we had the rest of our stuff. Great experience!

Receptionens bemanding var praktisk talt aldrig til at finde, og virkede ikke super serviceminded, det meste af tiden. Det hjalp op af dagen, når der kom en lidt ældre på arbejde. Lejligheden var stor nok, men køkkenet rimelig outdatet. Sengene var hårde og resten af møblementet ukomfortabelt. Rejser man mere end et par sammen, skal man være obs på at der ikke er dør mellem soveværelset og resten af lejligheden. Vi havde booket med egen altan, for at kunne sidde og nyde udsigten, men fik stueetagen, og havde direkte udsyn til begge nabohuse, samt delvis parkeringsplads. Ikke nær så privat, som vi havde regnet med. Lejligheden lå med let adgang i bil til både Bohinj og Bled, og vi oplevede ikke problemer med lyde fra andre gæster. Supersmukke omgivelser - men vi var ikke imponerede af selve rammerne på stedet.

Der Eingangsbereich und manche Details wirken etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Apartment ist sehr hell, freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas sehr weich, aber das empfindet ja jeder anders. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Empfehlungen für Spaziergänge und auch zum Essen gehen im Ort waren alle sehr gut.
