The room was clean and spacious, and I was given an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The staff was inviting and very helpful with any requests I had during my stay. The hotel is located within walking distance to numerous sites and restaurants. My birthday occurred during my stay and I came back to my room after a day away, to find a delicious desert left for me to celebrate my big day. I would definitely return!

Perfect location to visit the beautiful city of Ljubljana. We based ourselves here for a week and travelled around to Lake Bled, Piran etc. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Slovenia is a must if you’re never been!!

Property was recently refurbished to a good standard. Location was excellent (everything within walking distance, including the train and bus stations). Rooms were large / spacious but did feel a little sparsely furnished. Breakfast had a good buffet. The pool area was nice but required advance booking for a 1 hour slot. We would’ve liked longer in the pool / sauna areas and a little more spontaneity / freedom to turn up and get in!

The location, close both to the railway /bus station and the centre of town was perfect. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was excellent, the best do far on our trip and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. It was a very clean hotel. The staff was amazing and provided us with much kindness. The breakfast was very nice too! We loved it because it had plenty of underground parking (for a fee). Didn’t have to worry about finding a garage every time we left the hotel. Hotel is right in city center! Walkable to everything!

The staff at check in were great, the system was down so it was a manual check in and took a bit longer. But they very kindly upgraded us which we appreciated a lot and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and felt very new. The bathroom was large and had great amenities. The hotel is in short walking distance to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants. The only downside to the stay were the soft pillows and noise from the room above in the very early hours of the morning.

All very good. Location perfect. Staff on top of their game all the time, from reception staff to breakfast room and pool area, and including the Rondo car rental guys who make it all very easy for the guests. Few points for improvement: ideally rooms would have full blackout curtains; fruits at breakfast was almost never ripe and lacked taste; it's a pity the larger of the two saunas was broken most of the time as the other one is too small. Besides this, I would stay again for sure
