Absolutely exceptional. Maja on reception welcomed us and provided a great service and offered an upgrade for my birthday. I also had a surprise birthday cake in the room. The room was spotless and had superior fittings in the bathrooms. Loved our room so much and the interior of the hotel. Overall it was faultless. A great hotel perfectly located to walk to old town and also conveniently close to the bus station for travel to Lake Bled. The room is large and full of light but the mattress was a bit too firm for me.

We enjoyed our stay with Intercontinental. The staff was great . The location is fantastic as it is near the bus station , walkable going to city centre which we love . Rooms are clean and the amazing . The highlight was the breakfast that they prepare for us when we had to check out early was something we won’t forget - intercontinental went far and beyond than we expect even the smallest detail of providing us water was exceptional and thought for . Well Done to the team. We would go back to IHG Slovenia for sure.
