"The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The rooms and breakfast area were always clean. The staff at the roof bar were great. The rooftop pool was refreshing. Breakfast was the only let down, I thought the cereal was a little stale and the options were not as plentiful as other places. The location is fantastic and I would certainly stay here again"

"Wonderful staff! I asked where I could buy a needle & thread to repair my backpack & they had one of their staff machine-stitch it for free. Done in 30 minutes. Looked new. Just an example of how nice they all are. The hotel is conveniently located. A short walk to Pub Street. A block from the Siem Reap River. Has all the amenities. Two pools, bar, restaurants, spa, etc. Nice breakfast. They upgraded my room for free. Very spacious with cool air conditioning. I think it’s one of the finest hotels."

"Amazing hotel. We had a heritage deluxe room which opened right onto the pool from our patio. The room was wonderful and so much space and the bed was so comfortable. Everything was kept so clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. This hotel is truly a treasure with so many little attention to detail that make you feel you have gone back in time! The only hotel we would stay in when returning to Angkor."
