Pure paradise — the most elegant and unforgettable

Staying at Zannier Hotels Phum Baitang felt like being in paradise. The setting is stunning, the design elegant and sophisticated, and the service absolutely flawless. I honestly don’t think there’s a better hotel in Siem Reap.

An unforgettable stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. What impressed me most was not luxury, but the special atmosphere. Surrounded by rice fields and water buffalo, with beautiful stilted houses, the whole place felt calm and unique. The staff were excellent—always friendly, attentive, and professional. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel’s design is stylish yet reflects the local culture, which made the stay feel very authentic. A lovely surprise was receiving a small bag of rice from their own fields when we checked out. Such a simple but meaningful gesture left a deep impression. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Siem Reap. It’s a place that creates lasting memories.

This was one of the most exquisite properties we have stayed on in our travels around the world. Five stars gets over abused, but this is a truly five star experience. When you enter the gates, time evaporates and you get lost in the serenity of the natural surroundings. Every little request was received with enthusiasm and the staff were willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay was exceptional. Magnificent!!!

This property is absolutely fantastic. The wooden cabins in the middle of the rice fields are fabulous. The staff is always smiling, ready to do whatever it takes to provide the best possible service. They are discreet yet always present – true luxury. The pool has the perfect temperature, is very large, and offers plenty of loungers and beds for ultimate comfort. The massages at the spa are also of exceptional quality. The cherry on top is the food, what an incredible culinary experience. From breakfast to dinner, we were delighted. The tasting menu at the Hang Bay restaurant gave me richer emotions than some Michelin-starred establishments. In summary, it truly lives up to its name. It’s a green haven offering a luxury experience that only Zannier can master.

We stayed 4 nights at Zannier Phum Baitang and loved the accommodation. The room with a pool is incredible and worth it. If you can, consider staying there, both for the greater privacy and because of the beautiful pool. The hotel is beautiful and has incredible service. Everyone is always available to help. The food is good, but not exceptional. The prices are a little high, especially considering the taste of the dishes. But the wines and cocktails are really expensive. It's worth buying some wine in the city or at the duty-free shop before going to the hotel. The snacks are also a good choice, including for room service, as they are well-served and tasty. The tours offered are an absolute success. We booked everything with the hotel and didn't regret it. Always on time, comfortable car with water and air conditioning, as well as a guide who explains the entire history of the temples and accompanies you on the tours. We did two days of tours and both were exceptional. The price charged is fair for the quality of everything on offer. Another highlight is the main pool, with an ideal temperature and plenty of space, as well as the beautiful rice fields in the central area. I recommend the hotel and would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful oasis in Siem Reap

This resort really takes you into an oasis within Siem Reap with idyllic vibes of padi fields, beautifully restored and constructed village houses. Feast upon sights of grazing buffaloes and endless nature without needing to sacrifice luxury with hotel staff catering to your every need. A wonderful escape from the city I live in.

This has been the most spectacular stay. We have thoroughly enjoyed every second here at the resort. The staff are very generous, helpful and kind. The rice fields in the property are tranquil, authentic to the surrounding area, and very well maintained. The property was amazing, so peaceful and tranquil. The villas were lovely and perfect for us as a couple. We spent 4 nights for our 30th anniversary. Siem Reap is pretty busy and the hotel was just devine to head back to after a busy day. Having lots of transport options available was also very convenient as well as the free airport pick up and drop off. We used the tuk-tuks over 2 days to trip around the temples, our driver Lin was lovely. The staff were all so lovely and friendly. The rice paddies were getting planted when we were there and the 2 water buffalo were ploughing. A great way to keep the grass down afterwards, true eco-friendly and added to a special place already 😋 All up we would highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. We really loved our stay and I think from the 3 places and hotels in total we travelled to, this was our favourite.

Our recent 5-day stay at Phum Baitang Zannier Hotel from November 1st to 5th was nothing short of magical. From the moment we were picked up at the hotel, every aspect of our experience was exquisite. Our room was a sanctuary of comfort, and the service was impeccable, from the delightful breakfasts to the thoughtful turn-down service and desserts. The highlight of our stay was the private day tour arranged by the hotel, where we had the privilege of visiting Angkor Wat for a breathtaking sunrise, exploring the captivating Bayon temple, and discovering the beauty of Banteay Srei. Our tour guide for the day, Mr. Lorl, was a true gem. His extensive knowledge and passion for Cambodia's history made our journey all the more enriching. Kudos also to our dedicated driver, Mr. Savornnak, a member of the hotel staff, who ensured a safe and comfortable ride. We feel truly fortunate to have experienced such a wonderful blend of luxury, culture, and hospitality. This stay and tour will remain etched in our hearts as an unforgettable journey.
