"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the spa was wonderful. I was always pleased with the staffs attention to little extra details, I did not expect the service to be so great! I would travel back to this hotel again. "
"What a great hotel! Wow factor when you walk in, welcome tea, baggage taken to room etc etc etc. In all, a lovely welcome. Kanika made great recommendations and we took her up on the dinner/ show recommendation and we loved it! She continued to check in with us with a smile and professionalism we really appreciated! She's an asset to the resort! The room was wonderfully spacious and pool area beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. All the staff really can't do enough for you. We had a great time browsing the Persian rugs in the shop and enjoyed chatting to the owner about how the glorious rugs are made. The drinks at the bar were great, all premium options at reasonable prices. The hotel will get you a tuk tuk, book your trips etc whatever you need! Cambodia and it's people are lovely, I will be back and I will be staying at this hotel again!"
"Our stay at Saem Siem Reap was the best service we’ve ever experienced! We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean, in good condition and very comfortable. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to Angkor Wat temples for the day which was very affordable. The driver provided a cool towel and bottle of water after each stop, and transported us in a very clean air conditioned vehicle to our next stop. He also dropped us off at a delicious local restaurant for excellent Cambodian food. We also thoroughly enjoyed the drives to and from the airport with friendly and informative guides. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we will certainly be back and recommend to everyone we know. The Cambodian hospitality we felt really made our trip memorable."
"Had an incredible stay at the Shinta Mani Angkor. All the hotel staff (front desk, concierge, butler, wait staff, etc.) were spectacular.
The tours arranged by the hotel were top-notch as well. Would do it all again."
"I had an amazing stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. Everything was spotless, and the pool was a great place to relax. The breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options. Plus, the location is perfect if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city."
