"The lodgings were clean and the location convenient. The room was spare, and could have used a bedside light better than the tiny dim one provided, as an alternative to the bright overhead light.
We prefer a facility that has a front office and live person, as we discovered in the evening that the door lock to our room wasn't functioning. Staff were quick to respond about fixing it, when we contacted them the next morning."

"It's nothing match as the website showing we've booked as Cabin nothing include no bath room no shower , they do have a share public shower and the bath room but have to walk very far at least 1-2 KM, They do have the pit latrine but not clean and
inconvenient. We've booked for 2 night we can't not stay their"

"The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately our tv did not work and the toilet did not flush properly. The room was spacious and the location was great.
I would have appreciated some compensation for the items in the room that were not functioning properly."

"The front key pad wasn’t working. We couldn’t find the app. I nice Australian lad showed up to use our boarding pass in the browser to refresh the unlock buttons. I would add a note in The instructions to use download the app. Keypad not reliable."
