Laundry service was convenient. You do have to walk a little bit (like 20 minutes) to go the nearest restaurants to eat, but it’s so worth it. Walking to old Quebec is walkable but just super long. It’s better to Uber. I stayed in a studio and it was nice and cozy. No complaints. I loved the modern look.

Great location near hospital Enfant Jesus

If you have a relative staying at hopital Enfant Jesus and you don't have transportation available, this is the place to stay. Just across the street from the hospital, lots of food options at a walking distance. You can also have free street parking overnight until 10am during weekdays or during the whole day on Sunday. The hospital parking lot only charges $11/day which is still cheaper than most downtown options.

Very clean, comfortable bed and even though you are near a busy hospital it was quiet. All the furnishings were comfortable and seemed new. Having free access to do laundry was a plus. We stayed 4 days and my only wish was for another small table to put a suitcase on and for another peg rack for hanging things.

The check-in procedure needs to be improved. It requires phone calls to persons not at the location. It may be a call center. I say this since we spoke with three different people. None have information other than the code for room entry will activate at 4pm. When I asked the woman with whom I spoke if I could speak with a supervisor, she retorted: "NO ONE IS IN CHARGE!" There is a dishwasher, however, I recommend that the hotel provide dish soap along with sponges. We had to use a bathroom hand towel as an alternative to a sponge. I also suggest that the property provide paper towels as well as a broom and dust pan and perhaps a mop. Lastly, the property provided only enough body soap (in liquid in tubes) for one person and for one day; although we were two and a baby and that we were there for two days. We did like the unit. The bed is comfortable, and the Internet works well. The location is nice but we have a car. I did notice frequent bus service in the area (Bus 801). The hotel is in a quaint neighborhood. I parked on a nearby (very close) side street. No need to pay for parking at the nearby hospital.

Loved my stay at the Loft du Vitré, we appreciated the cleanliness and the 2 separate bedrooms WITH their adjacent bathroom! Although a bit far from the main attractions we wanted to visit, it was at a fair distance by Uber, costing a few bucks (less than 15$) per ride. Highly recommend and we decided it will be our place to stay for the next Qc city visit!

Overall experience is good. The property is very new. Room is spacious and bright. Check in process is unique but smooth. Finding a parking nearby was a huge headache. And we also found a Easter egg....an underwear from last guest under the curtain. 😅

First glance -very beautiful space. The property could provide amenities such as a broom, fitted sheets, windows that open, duvet cover, mop, instructions about where garbage bags are stored. Room door didn't latch well. Very quiet, comfortable space, minimalistic. Instructions for parking the first night should have included lot on ChampFleury, closer, safer, less expensive parking lot

The room we stayed in was spacious and bright. The neighbourhood is a hospital and residential area so it was very quiet. Two things we did not like about our room. First the blinds on the exterior windows is just a black shear drape. While it blocks a little bit of sunlight the room is otherwise in bright sun. At night, people outside can see everything inside the room through the shear drapes when the inside lights are illuminated. There is no privacy with this drape configuration. The second issue is our room was an accessible room. The bathroom shower was configured such as wheelchair occupants can roll into the shower. The ground of the shower was sloped to allow the shower water to flow into the drain. However, our experience was that the shower water would flow past the drain and out onto the bathroom floor. This creates a slipping hazard in the bathroom with the escapes water. Otherwise, we enjoyed Les Lofts de Vitre as bus transportation to Vieux Quebec was convenient.

The apartment is new, modern and with a nice view; it is perfectly cleaned and there is really everything you need for your stay. Easy parking in the nearby area and well located (more or less 10 minutes by car to Quebec City Centre). The only thing that left us surprised was not receiving any indication for checking in until we phoned the reception (several times), although they should send an e-mail with instructions on the afternoon of arrival. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The unit was super clean and still smelled new. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare all our meals. Groceries and dépanneur within a km. The 800 bus is just a few blocks away and takes you right to Place d’Youville. The downsides: parking was a challenge and we had to park a few blocks away. We had to give a credit card deposit but I wasn’t comfortable giving my card information over the phone or by email so we had to drive downtown to their other office to process my credit card, even though there was someone on site. And the windows don’t open, so even though there is good a/c and air circulation, after 5 days it felt a little stale inside. But I would still recommend it and would stay again. It’s a really nice little place.
