"Overall it was a great stay at Manila Hotel. The staff was awesome and the Luneta Suite was EXCELLENT! The rooms, bed, pillows, comforter fridge, and A/C really made it a comfortable stay. The only negatives: Outlets in the room need to be replaced because they barely held onto my phone charger. The outlets have been heavily used and a bit worn out. Second negative is the quality of the food ordered through room service. The calamari was a joke. It looked like tips of tiny squid were cooked and...

"The service is exceptional. Park Inn is conveniently located next to SM Clark which is a plus. Breakfast buffet is delicious and has a lot of selection to choose from. The pool area is more inviting now compared to our stay in 2019. The addition of the bar in the pool area is phenomenal!"
