"The rooms were quite clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. The property is overall nice, but as people have previously stated it is a bit run down in some areas. I’m not sure I am not a pool boy, but I don’t think the pools are properly filtered and cleaned, as the water is a bit murky and still. Plenty of fun amenities like ping pong and badminton. And they have a happy hour down their pier where you can watch the sunset over the water - it was the highlight of our stay. Only real issue was our room was ready 45 minutes after our check in time. Which was disappointing because we arrived at 8am and were already a bit exhausted so not having a room ready on time was tough."
