"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. Definitely would recommend this property to...

"Stayed at a newly set-up loft/attic unit that is able to fit up to 4 pax, comfortably. A bit of a steep climb up to the attic on the 3rd floor, but its worth the while to be greeted with a nicely decorated albeit simple room and comes with its own balcony area and external open air bathroom! Major plus points since this hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to gurney drive. I look forward to the next stay here"
