"Hi, Beautiful old property, lovely bathroom, beds need to be updated, air conditioning lacking and it’s was 38 degrees when we were there. The buffet was very good and replenished frequently. Would stay again."

"The staff were lovely. The deluxe room was small for a double, apparently called deluxe because it had been refurbished. The general hotel was smart but very dark, Only 1 lift. The parking situation is bizarre - if booking make sure you reserve a parking space (weeks in advance)."

"Well located and the restaurant was really nice and breakfast lovely. Our king suite was located in the loft and was uncomfortably warm. We mentioed to the staff and they brought up an extra air conditioner. This didn’t help much and was far too noisy to sleep with it, so we didn’t sleep well. It definitely needs it’s own dedicated aircon system. The pool changing area was very tired and in need of some attention."

"We booked late and knew the reviews weren’t great, but the stay was far worse than expected. Check in involved long queues, and when we finally got to our rooms, the rooms were doubles but should have been twins. Housekeeping couldn’t be reached and left a message as instructed, and when we returned later that evening, nothing had been changed. One room also had a strong drain smell. "The whole hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The underground carpark was a bonus and the walk into town only took about 10 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

We were above the pub entrance area on the 2nd floor so noisy around 7am. In a great location for the centre of Harrogate and would stay again and ask for a room on the front where it’s likely to be less noisy"

"The Hilton was disappointing. The toilet paper was incredibly thin, the plumbing gurgled, the balcony had no seating so we couldn’t sit and enjoy the view.
