"We really loved our stay here. The location was great as you could easily walk down to the beach and back, having parking and a hose to wash the sand out as well as access to borrow many recreational stull at the home was awesome. We got upgraded for free to a slightly larger room which was really nice and unexpected. Nights were quiet and the bed was comfy. Only improvement in my opinion is maybe adding AC (even a small standing unit) may help. The heat made it a bit hard to sleep but nothing a...

"The positives are that the condo is spacious, the resort complex is beautiful, and the pool area is excellent. The location is also convenient for exploring the Kona area. However, the condo itself feels quite dated. The furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances are all older than expected, and the cookware was heavily scratched and should be replaced.
