Check in was the worst! Arrived in the evening and although the front desk clerk tried to give directions to the building/room it was impossible to find. Very POOR lighting so bad I fell on the walkway! The room was clean and spacious Cute sign instructing to remove shoes but the carpet had nails that we all stepped on and cut our feet Swimming pool was closed for maintenance and the next one next to us was empty A nice complimentary Hula Show was an added plus

Check in/out was fast. Parking was good. I just felt nervous because I had to walk the same path the cars are coming and leaving. It’s super dark and I was hoping I wouldn’t get hit. I used my flashlight on my phone. Property well maintained. The pillows sucked. Everything else was fine. The room was nice and big and clean.

We stayed at the Mauna Loa side of the resort...great for families who plan to mostly explore the island. Beautiful living quarters used as home base between outings. Plenty of space for family of 5. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay with my sister. Suites are spacious, extremely clean, and even come with a patio. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.
