"Excellent property."

"Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately it was not communicated to the morning team so no breakfast was organised for us when we checked out. A small but frustrating issue. Would stay again though!"

" This eco-friendly, farm-to-table hotel was amazing! It’s in a beautiful location in the hills outside of Pokhara and is a wonderful place to spend quiet days in natural beauty with an excellent restaurant and spa. Their service, cleanliness, and dedication to giving back to their local community are impressive. "

"the hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! The food tasty and inexpensive overall. Unfortunately, some of the clerks in the shops in the lobby took a hard-sell approach to customers."

"The best hotel in Nepal, excellent services, breakfast, staff. One of the reasons we love to go back to Nepal. The hotel has a character which makes it very very especial. "
