"The cleaning service was not very good and staff was not helpful. The prices for food are very high and there is no other restaurant closer to resort. You will have to eat there unless you travel 30-45 mins away. They charge 7 percent for money exchange as well. Basically anything you want nothing is going to come out with some kind of fees."

"The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. "The resort is beautiful, all of the rooms are great and cleaned multiple times a day. Facilities on site were plentiful: free water sport activities, extra priced day tours, etc. The 3 restaurants at Sugar Beach served amazing food and the also available 2 restaurants at sister hotel La Pirogue down the beach were great too. 10/10 for a holiday and resort, we loved the location, staff & everything."
