Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde insatisfaction quant aux conditions de ce séjour, lesquelles sont manifestement non conformes à la prestation vendue et aux standards annoncés, tant sur le plan contractuel que sanitaire. "Wir konnten um 14:00 Uhr nicht einchecken, erst eine Stunde später. Die Suite wurde nur schnell geputzt, nach fünf Minuten barfuss hatten wir schwarze Füsse. Die Lage war einmalig und ruhig Die Badetücher muss mach am Empfang abholen, das wurde uns beim Einchecken nicht gesagt."

"Staff was very unhelpful. Dated decor. Pool area very rundown. Beach was not like in the pictures. No room service. Spa also terrible. Only positive was the staff on the boat cruises."

"So I’ll start with the positives. Staff was friendly, room was clean and pool was nice and breakfast was nice to start the day. My room did have a rather warm pleasant smell for most of the stay and I was below the rooftop and the music played ALL night so base could be heard through then ceiling. Overall the stay was fine. Rooms were nicer in photos and there is not much around the hotel but the little beach is pretty and a nice little restaurant next door. "

"Wir haben das Coco Villa in Mahébourg vom 26.05. bis 27.05. besucht und das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Hotel ist insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war jedoch sauber und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden und besonders schön war der direkte Meerblick inklusive Balkon. Auch das Badezimmer war eher schlicht, aber sauber. Das Duschen war allerdings ein kleines Abenteuer, da das Wasser entweder sehr heiß...

"Es ist ein Familienbetrieb. Mala und Vishnu betreuen das Hotel, sie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist fair. Es ist kein Luxus-Hotel, aber wir haben uns dafür der einheimischen Bevölkerung sehr nahe gefühlt, was mir viel mehr bedeutet hat. Zudem geben sie gerne Tipps für Ausflüge, oder Infos darüber, wie die Kreolen sind und leben. Es war sehr schön und ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Alles Gute und bis zum nächsten Mal!"

"Very nice and clean accommodation with a beautiful pool near the airport. The owners and their son are very helpful, drove me from and to the airport. Not much nearby but I only stayed one night while I was waiting for a flight so it was completely fine. "
