Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! "The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. I didn’t realize this until I got there, so walked down the road to KFC to get wifi and message. She replied within minutes, then came and picked us up in her car and drove...

"Great cooperation especially I asked for pure vegetarian food for 10 days. Food were being delivered to my room. Extra mattress was given and placed on the floor upon my request. "

"the owner was very helpful, everything worked well, but address on Google maps is not showing the right house (the house is in the next block), we had to call the owner twice to navigate us. Just one incorrect info in the description of the appartment on Hotels.com - the mattresses are not comfortable (with lazy foam), but standard mattresses. The beds are a bit small for 2 adults, but we managed. Our 2 kids slept together without any problem."
