"We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is beautiful and our room on the 3rd floor was very modern and comfortable. The location is great looking over a sheltered bay with lots of complimentary water activities available such as kayaking, paddle boarding etc.. We were also pleased to find quite a good selection of restaurants within walking distance (Bullies and the Beach House in particular). "Excellent facilities - watersports is a great add on, the water skiing and snorkelling is great!
Food was excellent and the rooms are well kept and the staff were eager to help you. Room maintenance was a great."

"Chambre correct des travaux de rénovation et le matériel entreposé aux abord de celle ci avec fu bruit des ouvriers un manque respect de la clientèle de la part du management le personnel gentil restauration bonne mais cher obligé de prendre le buffet a volonté pour 1850 RMA par personne

"We stayed for 8 nights as a family of four and found the experience mixed, overall below expectations for a 4-star hotel.
Positives: staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Food quality was good at the start of the stay.
However, several issues impacted our experience:

"Ein tolles Hotel. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Strand gegenüber. Kajak und Surf direkt am Haus und teilweise inklusive.
Das Personal war immer höflich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben auch sehr viel Unterstützung bekommen, da unser Kind krank geworden ist.
Essen war sehr gut. Wir hatten Halbpension. All inklusive war nicht nötig, da wir tagsüber Ausflüge gemacht haben.
Absolute Empfehlung."
