"Overall was good in terms of location, clean, shopping was just a footstep away.
But downfall was breakfast as it was a vegetarian option only.
So breakfast only 1 out of 10."

"The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass."

"On the 30th of sept me & my daughter that’s disabled experienced a horrible morning(2:30 am) where someone tried to brag & bang on our door. 2 times. We were shaken up by it, reported to the staff and they were very nice to move us into another room. 🙏 Royale Chulan and their breakfast was amazing."
