"It’s a great experience. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is new and comfortable. There is near LRT station, has a mall below and provides a shuttle bus service to IOI mall."

"The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory."

"Location is superb! This was my second stay at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral, and I really enjoyed it again. The room is spacious, and the facilities and décor have the nice, playful Aloft style. NU Sentral and KL Sentral Station are right next door, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around Kuala Lumpur. Definitely a great choice for both location and comfort."
