"What a fantastic experience we had! The hotel was absolutely lovely—spotless and smelled wonderful! We were impressed to see our room cleaned every day. The food was incredibly tasty, and the service was super quick with such friendly staff! Even though we don’t speak Spanish or much Mexican, we managed just fine. Overall, it was just amazing! It’s the perfect trip, especially for first-timers!"

"We were VERY impressed overall! Yes, the property can use some upgrading/maintenance with small things (ie. tiles in the pool), but overall it was great! The staff here is SO friendly -- probably the most friendly and helpful than any other all inclusive we have stayed at. The food was great, but make sure you upgrade to the Altitue Club. You'll have access to the best restaurant and roof top bar (which is a must for sunset and late night). I would highly recommend staying here and will stay...
