"Always a good time, plenty of options to eat, staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing I wish they’d change up their nightly shows"

"Need at least 1 if not 2 more ATM's. Ran out of cash midweek, ridiculous when you have to tip every time you turn around to everybody. The other thing is is they show lots of restaurants and yet based on the package you purchase blue bronze, gold, black. Whatever the classes are, there's only certain restaurants you get to have access to at any certain time which is TERRIBLE. STOP SEGREGATION OF GUESTS"

"Clean room, clean pool. Grateful for opportunity"

"Staff and resort were very accommodating and made us feel extra special for Carlitos 40th bday! Will be back soon"

"Fantastic staff, beautiful and clean resort, good food and drinks. Our butlers Omar and Edwin went above and beyond with anything we needed. Spa was incredible as well."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Paradisus. The hotel was amazing, great food, great drinks and wonderful and polite staff who greeted us and helped us everyday. We very much enjoyed our time and will definitely be back again."

"Un lugar muy lindo con unas playas hermosas y sus paisajes de ensueño."

Not changing the towels, then turn down service, unnecessary. I didn’t like how they were in the room multiple times a day. Also they knocked on our door at 3 and tried to get in. The last night we got food poisoning and what do you think is worse than sharing a toilet? The toilet not working. They had no...

"Deliciosa la comida aunque es buffet parece que cada platillo está hecho por un chef para ocasión especial"
