This resort is beautiful, good food, good drinks, great staff. Definitely caters to those looking for a chill, relaxed vibe. Access to the beach was also prime.Only cons, the resort could benefit from a more diverse/robust assortment of entertainment (more games at the pool, longer sessions of evening live music, etc). We were so happy with our stay at Paradisus. The architecture is amazing! The resort was beautiful, immaculate and so relaxing. We loved the desert landscape and the zen feeling there. The Asian restaurant was delicious and we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well. We loved the fact that you can swim in the ocean. The water was so clear and we were able to snorkel and see some great fish. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, our room had a strange smell and they immediately resolved it, sending in housekeeping and maintenance to clean the AC unit. The front desk followed up several times to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome and our room. We were very happy for the remainder of the stay. The property is clean and quiet. Pool was comfortable with many seating options Staff was always respectful and courteous Food was excellent Entertainment was ok where scheduled events sometimes did not take place Requested a light that went out in bathroom to be fixed and it never happened leaving the bathroom dimly lit But overall would highly reccomend

The rooms are amazing! Spend the money and get Reserve status for discounted tours and excursions. The food was great with many options. Plus, you don’t hear screaming kids. Anywhere. Paradisus exceeded expectations. Gracias Por todo!!

We had an amazing stay! Everyone was so friendly and attentive.. from the food, staff & resort amenities 10/10! Our personal butler, Miguel was so amazing literally made our trip one for the books! We will definitely be back sooner than later!!!
