Our stay at Nobu was everything we hoped it would be. The understated elegance of the hotel was refreshing. The staff throughout the hotel was outstanding, our private concierge Jose made sure all our needs were met and more. Room was spotless staff was very helpful in every aspect. The room was spotless and they provide free water. The only thing to be aware is they don’t allow taxis into the premise to pick you up only to drop you off. If you’re leaving their property it has to be in their transportation service. That being said they provide excellent transportation services.

The hotel is beautifully made. Most of the staff is superb. Pick this hotel for a quiet, upscale getaway. Do not pick this hotel if you want to be entertained, have fitness classes, get to anything in Cabo easily, live out your foodie dreams, or swim in the ocean. The super cons: our concierge was absent. There was NO entertainment (well there was a dj at the pool that played music at undetectable levels and there was a live band at one of the restaurants). There is no pool entertainment director, no activity schedule, nothing. Our room and carpet could have been cleaner.

Our stay was amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, you could tell everyone goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. We had TWO concierges who took care of all our requests. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the ambiance is incredible. Can't wait to go back!

Hotel was excellent. Staff and service, food was excellent! Cesar our ambassador was excellent and gracious . Good and service at all restaurants were amazing ! Mina was our favorite ! The pool was fantastic , Ricardo at the pool and Maria our pool server were the BEST !

The pillows were horrific. The service was very slow and the prices for food were extremely overpriced. The food was good but wow 30+ dollars for a Caesar salad is ridiculous. I was very surprised. I’m also a travel agent and with that being said they did not honor the commissions and didn’t do anything for me when I arrived which I found to be a bit stupid on their part because I don’t plan to recommend any of my clients to stay at their property. I won’t be going back to their property again.
