The staff was amazing- exceptional service from Axel, Jajir, Roy and Jesus, to the just superb service at the restaurant Cafe Artist- which I’ll be surprised if they don’t receive a Michelin Star soon- simply amazing all the way around- the pools were clean and gorgeous and the views were captivating. Even the room service food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back! "
