"Good location next to Southkey mall, convenient to shops. Staff are very friendly too. The hotel rooms have decent size but cleanliness can be better."

"Breakfast was good except for the waiting time during peak hours where they took quite a while to clear tables and prepare the seating for us. Room was clean. Worth staying if there is an offer that comes with breakfast and maybe the water park( do note that during my recent visit to the water park, the wave pool was not properly maintain as water was dirty and the anti slip paint all peeling off) Will come and stay again if got chance as my family quite like it."

"Shops nearby"

"Very well maintained with a sink and microwave :)"

"The gym was extraordinary"

"The reception area is right in the lobby, but I had a really hard time finding it and only managed to locate their phone number after some effort; while the difficulty was largely due to me, the host also lacked a way to contact me. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"The staff were excellent, every single one made the stay"

"room is clean and staff very nice"
