"We had a beautiful view of the beach but staff was not as helpful as they should be at a really good hotel and charges for food and drinks were very expensive given the quality."

"Everything was top notch Only complaint is that Koreans don’t make coffee well"

"Add the breakfast buffet to begin your day right on Jeju Island"

"Great location to the markets"

"Really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable. Everything was clean. They spoiled us with wine, premium Jeju pork jerky, fine bakery goods. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I’d stay again!"

"The property is large and self contained. Restaurant options were plentiful and the attached amusement park is good for kids. Hotel however is quite dated inside the rooms, you can visibly see the wallpaper peeling. About half the rides at the amusement park were also not in operation. Location wise its not close to many of the attractions on the island"

"Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful."

"Location is a quick taxi to the airport and close to many restaurants. Staff--and especially the older, taller gentleman on the evening shift--was very helpful, answering all my questions in perfect English. Property is older but well maintained."

"The indoor space is very spacious and clean. The staff was kind and the surrounding environment was nature-friendly, so it was very good."
