The heydays of this hotel were long gone. An urgent upgrade is needed. Rooms are specious but don’t match today’s standards. Views are nice no matter facing the sea or the mountains.

I am impressed with the level of care my mom received during the stay. They rented a wheel chair for my mom with difficulty walking. Additionally the valet parked the car without any prompt. This was my second stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view from the terrace was wonderful. I had a meal at Peninsular Bar and Lounge. While it was not cheap, it was comparable to what you would end up paying at restaurants in Jeju. More importantly the quality was top notch. I would definitely stay there again.

I loved how much they value cleanliness. My sheets were fresh everyday. I also had laundry done that came back fresh and pressed. The grounds around the property are gorgeous, and the pool entertainment is really good. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located in one of the most exciting areas of Jeju. The hotel is perfect for families as it has an arcade, bolling alley and kids club area. It is also located near convenience stores, restaurants and the Teddy Bear Museum.

This is a beautiful property and an easy walk to the beach. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean and were well stocked with various amenities. Having bowling lanes in property was a nice touch and our family enjoyed it. Some nice dining options within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

It’s an extremely well managed property built 20 years ago. Large room with super comfortable beds. Great breakfast. We had 5 days straight and it felt too much after 23 days. Overall excellent stay in Jungmoon.

Beauful property to stay in Jeju Island. It’s located by the beautiful beach and there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. No perks or upgrade being a VIP client was little disappointing.
