Great that it was centrally located and made for the nice base to get around Jeju and rather convenient but the rooms were a little dated and the shower facilities could be better. But appreciated the quiet rooms and airport shuttle!

The hotel's design is charming, and I especially appreciated the "go green" concept in the room—it’s a wonderful initiative. while I fully support the environmental focus, it would be much more convenient to have proper reusable spoons and mugs/cups. No spoon at all! 🙏🙏

My stay at Jeju Lotte Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of Jeju’s natural scenery. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless—every detail made me feel relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the wide variety of dining options. I especially enjoyed the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Jeju Lotte Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and a touch of luxury. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju.

Very nice, comfortable hotel! Wonderful features and amenities! Loved the complimentary drinks in refrig and crackers everyday - such a very nice touch! Shopping and restaurants close by - everything within walking distance! Highly recommend!!! Nice to stay at least three days on Jeju Island!

Location is very good and good for parking. But the room is not good. Pillow is very soft and they said they didn’t have hard pillow. The bathtub is very slippery. Not suitable for elder.

Check-in was seamless and staff friendly. Location good, near shopping street and close to airport. Hotel is dated but reasonably clean. Room quite small. Only paper cups provided in room but there is a convenience store at the hotel though it doesn't open so early if you are taking early morning flight. Socket at desk in poor location which doesn't allow any plug to be plugged in.

The Lotte duty free shopping next door was fantastic. This hotel unlike others in the Lotte chain issued a tax refund receipt which was so greatly appreciated. Breakfast buffet was ok not spectacular but the view is really nice. Fruit is very expensive in Korea and there were limited fruit options compared to the spread we’ve seen in other Asian countries. This is a minor point and overall was a good value stay. We did not use the pool because of the fees and we were busy doing sightseeing tours.

Deluxe Double Room, Mountain View - relaxing stay for 3 nights. Location - approximately 10 mins ride from Jeju International Airport (approx. KRW 6500 by cab). Lotte shopping mall in the same building, convenient duty free shopping before outbound flight. Olive Young and Paris Baguette in the next block. Room - was quiet on the 17th floor with excellent view of mountain peaks on a clear day. Shower water pressure was strong. Enjoyed having a bathtub to soak. Bed was medium firm. Universal socket outlets available in room which is useful. Food - Did not try the hotel breakfast. There is a convenience store in the basement floor in the same building with specific opening hours. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. Staffs on ground floor were very helpful with queries and had helped me call for cab at early morning to the airport. Extra - There is a laundry room with 3 frontload washers and 3 dryers available for hotel guest, cost KRW 5000 per run. Laundry detergent available to purchase from a vending machine in laundry room.

Easy to check in and to check out. The hotel is nice and spacious. They have an easy system just to let the house keeper know if we need the room to be clean or not. Just 10 min away from the airport. The bus stops are a short walking distance. It is also a good walking distance from the Main Street for walking and eating. They have laundry area to wash and dry your clothes. At the end of our stay, they do offer a free ride to the airport which is nice!

Great views and are close to airport. The hotel are new hence very clean. There are lots of choice for breakfast and the highest floor restaurant serving breakfast was awesome ! Alot of parking space so you won't need to worry about parking space. The room per night was expensive, soemhow, you are paying for all the above. Yet, swimming pool is chargable (separately from your hotel room😑)
