Great place for families with young children! Free theme park access however, in the summer it gets really uncomfortably hot to be doing rides. Swimming pools are amazing tho!
You feel more like a cog in a machine than a valued guest, but overall it was OK.
Breakfast is just average and a long walk from most rooms. Shinhwa World theme park is a bit sad and operating on a skeleton staff, so only worth a quick walk around. Sky Pool is very nice and convenient wi the free towel and life jacket rental. The water park is good, especially for kids, but you have to bring your own towels and rent life jackets. Outlet mall is not that interesting and seems geared towards mainland Chinese tourists? Food options are good and we enjoyed Korean barbecue and the food court. Rooms are clean and big enough.
Thank you for making the experience to JeJu unforgettable. The family and I really enjoyed it!!!!!

I stayed for three nights. On the second day, when I returned to my hotel room, I noticed water leaking from the ceiling, which caused my clothes in the suitcase to get wet. I informed the staff, and they promptly changed our room and arranged for my clothes to be laundered the next day. Although I was shocked by the leak, the staff’s quick and apologetic response alleviated my concerns. The resort was large, and aside from this incident, I was pleased with their service.
We stayed here for two nights as a family, and overall we had a very enjoyable experience.
Compared to hotels in downtown Jeju, where there seemed to be many Chinese tourists, we noticed that this resort had more Korean guests. It made us feel like we were experiencing the real atmosphere of Korea, which we really appreciated.
Since we were traveling with children, this resort was a great choice. Our kids absolutely loved the water park and the Sky Pool, and we ended up visiting both every day during our stay.
There aren’t many restaurants or shops around the resort itself, but there are plenty of dining options within Shinhwa World, so finding food was never a problem.
The location is also convenient for families. Nearby attractions include the Osulloc Tea Museum, Innisfree Jeju House, and the Aerospace Museum of Korea. These are excellent places to visit with children and are especially good alternatives on rainy days.
The only downside is that although this is a five-star resort, it feels like a five-star property from about ten years ago. Some of the facilities and room furnishings are showing their age, and the public restrooms could definitely be maintained more carefully.
Overall, despite the aging facilities, we had a wonderful family stay thanks to the excellent pools, water park, and family-friendly attractions nearby.
though the room is not as expected, the staff was friendly and very much supportive. special thanks to front desk ladies who helps me to find nice flowers for my wife's birthday.
Nice stay and great room. Pool was nice but is pretty hot in the afternoon with the sun so dusk is better. Bit annoying that they make everyone hop out every 50mins for 10mins but I will accept that is what they do. Plenty of parking if you are hiring a car to travel around Jeju. Only thing when that tricked me up was working out what hotel part to pull into when I first arrived as they all look and appear the same names. My sat nav got me only so far (lol). Had fun and enjoyed our stay.
It was one of amazing hotels to stay. You never get bored in terms of food, place to play with while your stay.
I felt the hotel is a good place for family with kids.
Amazing facilities like the themepark . However, waterpark was partly closed when we were there. Only open was the wavepool . There is also infinity pool. Only drawback was no laundromat. It is laundry service which is $$$. Food in the foodcourtnis affordable but the buffet is also expensive.
