"Good"

"It's an absolutely gorgeous property with gorgeous views. The staff go above and beyond ...loved it here and shall be sure to come back."

"We loved our stay at GoldOne. Really big room and bed, great view, convenient and short (and cheap) cab ride to downtown Seogwipo. Has a small gym and nice pool plus a secret garden path down to the water. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Gamsabnida!"

"Room was spacious and nice! Perfect for me as a solo traveler! I will recommend for friends family and colleagues! Great experience!"

"One of the better hotels near JeJu City. The location is great if you're looking for a seaside location. You will need to take taxis to go anywhere. We did find an excellent local seafood restaurant that was walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was excellent."

"Rooms are definitely outdated, beautiful outdoor property with a paved walkway to the beach. Amenities of towels and water was appreciated. Pool use is confusing. Free to use the pools, BUT at the adult pool, all the loungers are paid. So you can put your stuff at a table and swim, but nowhere to put your things or relax. Also an odd thing, we were the only ones in the pool and still they were strict with this system. The family pool whole has free loungers , MUST be booked/reserved still for...

"There was a moldy or musty damp smell around hotel, the reception staff was not helpful on offering information around the hotel. Example we arrived late but staff says nothing open and suggested their ₩55000 buffet dinner which was closing in an hour. It was a joke found next day there was many restaurants two blocks away 5 mins walk."

"The concierge was extremely helpful, attentive, and amazing!"

"The property is large and self contained. Restaurant options were plentiful and the attached amusement park is good for kids. Hotel however is quite dated inside the rooms, you can visibly see the wallpaper peeling. About half the rides at the amusement park were also not in operation. Location wise its not close to many of the attractions on the island"

"좋아요."

"丁寧に掃除された客室でした。スタッフも誠実かつ迅速な対応でとても満足です。朝食のオプションが割高なので付けず、リゾート内の早朝から営業しているベーカリー&カフェを利用しました。"

"The indoor space is very spacious and clean. The staff was kind and the surrounding environment was nature-friendly, so it was very good."

"Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful."

"Sorry, but I have to say that this was not the five-star hotel experience I was expecting, especially considering the price we paid for our stay. The bathroom had a rather unpleasant smell of urine. When we reported this, the hotel took action and offered to change our room. However, as we had already unpacked and were only staying for two days, moving rooms was not really a practical option. The room itself was very dark, and the window overlooked some sort of strange pavement or rooftop,...
