"Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and appreciated the friendly staff and beautiful pool areas. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. Our room often had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom shower had a persistent smell, noticeable wear and tear, and leaked water during use. The refrigerator did not stay cold, and we were disappointed with the mini bar selection. In the common dining areas, particularly at breakfast, many of the chairs appeared dirty and stained. We also felt that some of the alcoholic beverages lacked the strength and quality we expected from an all-inclusive resort. While we still had a good time overall, improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and food and beverage quality would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Majestic Mirage. L’hôtel est superbe, très propre, bien entretenu et les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La plage est belle et il y avait toujours assez de chaises disponibles, ce qui est très apprécié. Un merci particulier à nos butlers, Lalo et Luis. Ils ont été extrêmement sympathiques, disponibles et efficaces tout au long de notre séjour. Ils répondaient rapidement à nos demandes et s’assuraient que tout se passe bien, sans jamais être insistants ou harcelants. Leur présence a vraiment ajouté à notre expérience. Nous avons aussi croisé plusieurs autres employés exceptionnels durant la semaine. Il y en a tellement qui mériteraient d’être mentionnés qu’il serait difficile de tous les nommer, mais leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme n’ont pas passé inaperçus. La nourriture a été une très belle surprise. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les sushis frais préparés le midi au buffet, ainsi que la grande variété de choix offerte chaque jour. Les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents, avec un service attentionné et des repas de qualité. Nous avons apprécié la diversité des options et n’avons jamais eu de difficulté à trouver quelque chose qui nous faisait envie. En résumé, nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs. Merci à toute l’équipe du Majestic Mirage pour cette belle semaine, nous n’hésiterions pas à revenir."

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our butler was Eladio and he was the BEST!! He handled anything and everything to make our stay perfect. He contacted us before our stay to check and see if there was anything we wanted special in our mini frig. Lili checked us into our room and was very helpful in explaining how everything worked at the property.We did have a spa day and we each had a wonderful masseuse Louise and Michele. I would recommend either of these guys if looking to get a massage during your stay. We will definitely be back in the near future!"

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres – All Inclusive

"We had a great time. Serch the butler was amazing. He brought everything we needed and very responsive through the app. The only downside is the elevator by our room didn't work for the first few days and weird smell in the bathroom. Our favorite night was the silent party. We didn't realize the Mexican night was sat and had the French bistro. Next time, we will switch the nights. So much delicious looking food but we were so full. The dj at the disco was hot and cold. He would get the party going and then mess up the vibe the next moment. The room was cleaned twice a day. So definitely had everything we needed. The staff at all of the restaurants were great. We felt the Italian was bland but all the rest were fantastic. We had someone with celiac in our group and having the chef come up table to help order was phenomenal. Lots of choices for different eaters. We also enjoyed looking at the weddings from afar. They were all beautiful. The beach was not crowded so we easily had cabanas every time we went to the beach. They did try to keep the seaweed down. One you got pass the seaweed, the water was clear. Drinks were plenty but it did take 3 days for us to get a avocado margarita. It was delicious though. You have to try it."

Hotel Riu Latino - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Primera vez hospedándome en RIU y la experiencia fue muy positiva. Tanto las habitaciones como las instalaciones se encuentran en excelentes condiciones, destacando por su limpieza y buen mantenimiento. El personal fue atento y contribuyó a que la estancia fuera agradable. La comida estuvo bien, con una oferta variada y sin ningún reclamo en cuanto a calidad o servicio. Como único punto a mejorar, considero que la selección de postres podría ser más amplia o tener una mejor elaboración para estar al nivel del resto de la experiencia. En general, todo estuvo muy bien y quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia. Sin duda, esperamos poder repetir esta experiencia el próximo año."
